The material is removable and easily washed. It is made of polyester. The item is very sturdy and is easily slipped out of sight when not in use. Also, it dries very quickly. The latch by which you recline the seat is very secure and reliable! I require all payments to be made within 2 days of the end of the auction. If there is any reason why you are unable to get the payment made as you had planned, please contact me via email and I will work with you... BUT I NEED TO HAVE COMMUNICATION! If I do not receive payment and I do not hear from you, I will begin the process of ending our transaction and I will re-list the item. Also, I will file a complaint with eBay. My goal is to make my shipping costs as accurate as possible. I sometimes have to estimate at this point but as I master the tools that eBay and my store offer I should only become better and better! In the mean time I try to aim on the low end for domestic and try my best to find a fair amount for international. I will ship within 48 hours of receiving payment; often times within 12-24 though! I do list my most common types of shipping but on occasion I find that a different means is cheaper. If that is the case, I will ship the cheaper amount. **On most items I do offer combined shipping costs! In most cases the general rule is no combined shipping costs will exceed $14.00. Otherwise, I accept all returns as long as it is returned within 7 days of purchase and is in the same condition as it was when I shipped it!
