Straps and snaps on the back to attach to any dresser for safety. It also has safety straps in the middle of the pad to hold the baby. It measures 17" wide x 29" long with contoured sides, and a board on the bottom for extra support. Also covers are available to go on this, check other items. Its a new item with plastic still on it.
